These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) are intended to define the conditions of sale and subscription to the Compozz SaaS solution (hereafter “the Service” or “the Platform”). They complement the GCU available on our website. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of the GTC prevail over those of the GCU regarding anything specifically related to sales and subscriptions.
Compozz offers various subscription plans (monthly, annual, etc.) listed on the website, which may change over time. The prices (excluding or including taxes, depending on applicable legislation) are clearly indicated. Compozz reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time of the order. Each plan specifies its commitment duration. Unless expressly requested by the user, subscriptions are automatically renewed.
Payment is made online, by credit card or any other secure method offered by Compozz. You will receive an electronic invoice for each payment made. In the event of late payment or a payment incident, Compozz reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the Service until the situation is resolved.
Compozz undertakes to fulfill its legal obligations regarding consumer compliance and warranties, in accordance with French legislation or any applicable regulations in the country of consumption. For professionals, the warranty offered is strictly limited to the services described in the contractual documentation and cannot exceed that scope.
If the user is located in the United States or Canada, they expressly acknowledge and agree that Compozz shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including any decisions made based on KPIs or data extracted from the platform.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, Compozz’s liability under these GTC is limited to an amount not exceeding the total sums paid by the client over the last 12 months. In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, war, strike, general internet outage, etc.), Compozz cannot be held liable. For the specific exclusion of liability for U.S. and Canadian users, please refer to the corresponding article in the GCU.
Personal data collected when subscribing or paying for a plan is processed to manage the commercial relationship (billing, customer follow-up, etc.), on the basis of performing the contract for service delivery and invoicing. You may object at any time to receiving our commercial offers by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting contact@compozz.com. More details on personal data protection can be found in Compozz’s Privacy Policy, which is part of these GCU/GTC.
In the event of a breach of the GCU/GTC or non-payment, Compozz may suspend the subscription without refund of any sums already paid. If a specific commitment period applies, any early termination initiated by the client may result in compensation payment, unless otherwise provided by law. At the end of the subscription, the user has a reasonable period (for example, 30 days) to retrieve their data according to the technical arrangements set out by Compozz, after which the data may be deleted.
Compozz reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Any changes will be notified to the client by any written means (email, notification, etc.) at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not accept these changes, you may terminate your subscription without charge before the new terms become effective.
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, and after any attempt at an amicable resolution has failed, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of the district where Compozz’s registered office is located, unless otherwise required by law (especially for consumers).
